Did you know that there is an easy way to export or download all your Google Docs with just one click? You can easily transfer all your Google Docs to your Hard disk or to a USB.You can use this new tool called Google Takeout to this.
All you need to do is log in to the Google Takeout website with your G-Mail account and hit the "Create Archive" button with the help of which a Zip file of all your Google Docs will be created immediately.You can easily download this Zip file to your computer at your convenience.
Takeout will automatically export the Google Docs in standard formats of Excel, PowerPoint Etc.
Google Takeout can also be used in other Google sites such as Picasa to export all your photos.You can also use this tool to easily export all your Google Contacts, sadly this tool is not yet ready to export your G-Mail information.
